Yantai International Economic & Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd , established in 1985 and authorized by the Ministry of Commerce, is a comprehensive enterprise directed by Yantai Municipal Government. YIETCC has passed the standard attestation of ISO 9001 International Quality System and has the first grade real eatate construction qualification, the second grade contractor of building decoration and fitment and mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering qualification, three grade professional contracting qualification of building intelligent engineering, and passed the "Quality, Environment, Health" system certified. YIETCC was also awarded the honor title of Excellent Units in Foreign Economic & Trade in Shandong Province, the Excellent Units in Labor Service in Shandong Province, Enterprise Credit Evaluation AAA in Business of Labor Service (the last title is unique in Yantai).
After more than ten years of development, the construction business of YIETCC has a breakthrough development with gradually contracting all types of dozens of projects in China, including the project of Yantai Vocational College comprehensive office building, the project of Yantai Western Port substation plant, the project of Yantai Dingcheng 2008 exploration residential court, the project of Dongchang thermal power plant, the project of students apartment of Ludong University and engineering laboratory building of Ludong University, the project of Zhaoyuan Lihu residential court, the project of Zhaoyuan Shuxiang residential court, the project of Runhua Office complex in Laishan district, the project of Jin Hui Bo Rui Hotel, the project of Hailun Guoji in Muping district of Yantai.
For all the time, YIETCC actively implements the “going out strategy” and has contracted many embassy and residential courts and industrial projects in Chile, New Zealand, Italy, Sultan, Ghana. In 2007, YIETCC registered a branch company-Yantai International GhanaCo Ltd and has more than10,000 square meters of the project base land, more than 80 professional technical talents , more than 500 skilled worker and more than 200 mechanical machines. Under those conditions, YIETCC has already contracted more than 20 industrial and residential projects in Ghana, at the same time we aquired the highest D1,K1 qualification of Housing Building in Ghana.
In 2014, YIETCC was awarded for “the annual global top 250 international contractors company” by ENR, ranking 221.
